Tsim Sha Tsui

TST, the very southern tip of of the Kowloon Peninsula. Standing between it and Central is the Victoria Harbour, where countless vessels sail. This is where you can find endless shopping centres and arguably one of the best scenic views of the skyline of Hong Kong at night. The latter will come soon.

I'm currently residing in HKU's Residential Colleges in Sai Wan. Just down the steep decline is the humble Kennedy Town. Government housing, small restaurants and construction. I often traverse the same route down in order to travel to various locations in Hong Kong and Kowloon alike, and I can't help but admire the verticality and leading lines every corner I turn.

Every now and then in Kennedy Town, you see a dog. This was one majestic looking chow chow.

Across from Tsim Sha Tsui is the towering Two International Finance Centre.

This monstrous building was once the tallest building towering over Hong Kong, until the International Commerce Centre in Kowloon dethroned it. Now, this building is commonly referred to as "the building that was in Batman".

Hong Kong was never known for its pristine air quality. As a result, smog often curbs one's ability to clearly view the countless skyscrapers across the harbour.
